Bustaseed - Propagation Tray
A 'Tip-Out' Propagation Tray unlike any other, for those who are new to growing and for experienced gardeners.
The fully recyclable trays help cut down on both material and plant waste as growers use a novel ‘tip-out’ feature to extract plants. The modular nature of the rows allows the user to monitor the root system health, of each individual cell, during the growing period for signs of poor growing conditions, pests, fungus, mould, and disease. Infected seedlings can be removed to prevent the spread of the problem to the other cells.
Through the design and manufacturing phases, Niall hasn’t just grown his own wildflowers but has also cultivated a remarkable online business that now provides his unique product to domestic and commercial growers alike.
Niall was tired of the frustrations experienced when growing seedlings, and wanted a product that could be easily maintained and used repeatedly over many seasons instead of throwing away flimsy, single use plastics each year. Together we developed a patented, more durable, and reusable injection-moulded product.
