Despite some inconvenient travel hiccups, our annual team outing to the Lighthouse Theatre in Dublin on the 29th January served up some very different food for thought on how our industry views its immediate future with the theme of 'Megatrends'.
Great content served up by IDI CEO Charlotte Barker, Jane McDaid of Thinkhouse, Evan McGuiness of Bielke & Yang, and finally by the godfather of graphic design, typographer Neville Brody. Hopefully not the last of his visits to us to speak about his work!
How we think
Ground-breaking product design rarely requires ground-breaking processes.
Mostly it just takes a more intelligent approach. A simpler way forward. One that starts by asking better questions.
An answer to a question no-one thought worth asking, because no-one could foresee a possible answer.
